Contact the team before returning an item. Open your private order and submit a request explaining the issue, including whether you are asking about cancellation, a return or a payment already made. Requests require staff review. Submitting a request does not itself cancel an order, approve a return or issue a refund. Staff record the decision and its reason in the order history. Approved refunds are handled externally through the relevant payment provider and recorded after completion. Do not send another payment to resolve a refund request. Ask the team to confirm the applicable return conditions before purchasing.
